Der Grundstein für die "Leeds Arena" wurde im Sommer 2011 gelegt. Zwei Jahre später - am 24. Juli 2013 - darf Bruce Springsteen die Arena mit einem Konzert feierlich eröffnen. Die "Leeds Arena" ist für grosse Events (Konzerte, Tennis, Basketball und Boxen) konzipiert und bietet bis zu 13.500 Zuschauern Platz.
