Vor knapp 21.000 Zuschauern präsentierte sich die E Street Band am ersten Abend in bester Spiellaune und gab mit „Seaside Bar Song“ eine umjubelte Tourpremiere zum Besten.

Die Komposition entstand im Jahre 1972 und sollte ursprünglich auf dem zweiten Bruce Springsteen Longplayer „The Wild, The Innocent, And The E Street Shuffle“ released werden. Laut SONY wurde „Seaside Bar Song“ zwischen dem 22. Juni 1973 und dem 24. Juli 1973 insgesamt 5 Mal in den „914 Sound Studios“ in Blauvelt, NY aufgenommen und abgemischt. Bis zur offiziellen Veröffentlichung mussten die Fans jedoch bis zum 10. November 1998 warten. „Seaside Bar Song“ ist als siebter Song auf der „Tracks“ Sammlung zu finden.

Seit 1973 wurde der Song erst 24 Mal Live gespielt. Seine Weltpremiere feierte er am 13. Juni 1973 während eines Auftritts in der „Broome Country Veterans Memorial Arena“ in Binghamton, NY. Zuletzt wurde „Seaside Bar Song“ im Rahmen der „Word Tour 2014“ am 13. Mai 2014 im „Times Union Center“ in Albany, NY performt.
Die zweite Show am 29. März 2012 begann um 20.23 Uhr. Bruce Springsteen baute die Setliste ordentlich um und spielte mit “Night”, “Trapped”, “Darkness on the Edge of Town”, “Streets of Philadelphia” und “Kitty’s Back” fünf Tourpremieren. Ausserdem waren im Publikum Bruce Springsteens Mutter Adele und Tante Edie zu Gast. Das Konzert endete um 23.11 Uhr.
