Wie schon am 4. Juni 2011 berichtet, wird der amerikanische Filmemacher Cameron Crowe (“Jerry Maguire”, “Almost Famous” und “Elizabethtown”) anlässlich des 20jährigen Bestehens der Grunge-Rock Band „Pearl Jam“ einen Dokumentarfilm veröffentlichen. Der Film wird am 21. Oktober 2011 auf PBS seine Premiere feiern.
Unter anderem wird auch Bruce Springsteen zu Wort kommen und über seine Beziehung zum Pearl Jam Frontman Eddie Vedder sprechen.

Zudem erscheint am 13. September ein Buch sowie der Soundtrack (Doppel CD). Beides kann auf Amazon.de vorbestellt werden.
